ALL REHEARSALS WILL NOW BE AT VICTORIA HALL

SUNDAY APRIL 7

– AM – continue lighting and setup.

2:30PM – 5PM Sitzprobe (first rehearsal with Orchestra) – Citizen’s Forum Victoria Hall –ALL CAST (please arrive for 2PM)

5PM TO 6PM – ON STAGE – ALL CAST

MONDAY APRIL 8 – 6PM TO 10PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – no costumes -WITH ORCHESTRA

TUESDAY APRIL 9 – 6PM TO 10PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – no costumes – NO ORCHESTRA

WEDNESDAY APRIL 10 – 6PM TO 10PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – some costumes (TBC) -WITH ORCHESTRA

THURSDAY APRIL 11 – 6PM TO 10PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – some costumes (TBC) – NO ORCHESTRA

FRIDAY APRIL 12 -6PM TO 10PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – some costumes , some mics- WITH ORCHESTRA

SATURDAY APRIL 13 – 9AM to 10PM- TECH run through – no cast required

SUNDAY APRIL 14 – 1PM TO 6PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – COSTUMES AND SOME MICS -WITH ORCHESTRA

MONDAY APRIL 15 – 6PM TO 10PM – RUN FULL SHOW – ALL CAST – COSTUMES AND SOME MORE MICS -WITH ORCHESTRA

TUESDAY APRIL 16 – 5:30PM TO 10:30PM – 1ST FULL DRESS REHEARSAL –ALL CAST – COSTUMES AND MICS

WEDNESDAY APRIL 17 – 5:30PM TO 10:30PM -2ND FULL DRESS REHEARSAL – ALL CAST – COSTUMES AND MICS

THURSDAY APRIL 18 – 5:30PM TO 10:30PM – OPENING NIGHT

IMPORTANT INFO: 

IT IS CRUCIAL THAT WE BE ON TIME.

                When you arrive at Victoria Hall, come up to 2nd floor backstage and sign the “Sign-In” sheet so we know you are there. Then proceed to settle in, get your hair done and makeup where necessary.

During performances there will be no entry to backstage from the Concert Hall. You will enter the back stairs to Backstage and Dressing Rooms through the Courtroom on the first floor. There will be signs.

  • There are 24 microphones to be put on and not a lot of room backstage. There are 32 in the cast and some of you will not have a microphone. Some may have a mic at the start then have to swap it to another cast member.
  • You will be given a scheduled time to have your microphone attached.
  • Do not put on your costume before your microphone is put on you.
  • Do not be late for your “mic” time.
  • We like all cast to arrive 2 hours before show time. On weeknights show time is 7:30PM. So please arrive around 5:30PM.
  • You must each do a microphone test on stage by 6:30. At about 6:45 we will do a warm up on stage with the full cast. We must clear the stage by 7PM. That is when the doors open and audience begin to arrive.
  • For weekend 2PM matinees, please arrive around 12 noon. Mic tests by 1PM. Warm-up 1:15. Clear stage by 1:30PM
  • For Saturday’s when there are 2 shows, you will have your mic removed before your dinner break, then you will need your mic put back on when you return for the evening show.
  • After each show, remove your costume and HANG IT UP ONLY IN YOUR DESIGNATED RACK SECTION. Do not take your mic off yourself, get help from the backstage crew

FRIDAY APRIL 19TH -5:30PM TO 10:30PM  (7:30pm SHOWTIME)

SATURDAY APRIL 20TH – 12 NOON TO 5PM (2PM matinee) then break for dinner. Please try to be back by 6:15PM for evening show – 6PM TO 10:30PM (7:30pm SHOWTIME)

SUNDAY APRIL 21st– 12 noon to 5PM (2PM matinee)

MONDAY – OFF

TUESDAY – OFF

WEDNESDAY – OFF

THURSDAY APRIL 25 – 5:30PM TO 10:30PM  (7:30pm SHOWTIME)

FRIDAY APRIL 26 – 5:30PM TO 10:30PM  (7:30pm SHOWTIME)

SATURDAY APRIL 27 – 12 NOON TO 5PM (2PM matinee) then break for dinner. Please try to be back by 6:15PM for evening show – 6PM TO 10:30PM (7:30pm SHOWTIME)  -Final show.

SUNDAY APRIL 28 – 9AM to NOON – Victoria Hall – Set tear down and move out. ALL CAST AND CREW are encouraged to help.  The more hands we have, the faster it will go.

MONDAY APRIL 29 – back to our humdrum lives, recall the fun times and thrill of live theatre and look forward to our next theatrical extravaganza
